Recently I’ve been uploading a bit of generative music videos on youtube

experimentation with #maxmsp and #jitter
what you see is 16 notes triggered at a base frequency of 2 Hz (lowest note, on the left). From left to right, each note is triggered with a difference of 0.04 Hz.

The video could last much longer. I stopped after half a cycle (when the notes are back together for the first time).

Arduino Generative Beat Machine

A new generative max patch. This one called "Nocturnaa".
It uses a lot of the "what~" objects to generate sequences.
Tempo is fixed at 147 BPM. I just slow down the tempo at the end, and that's the only action.

I made this patch in 2020. I can't help to come back to it. Sometimes I just let it play in the background while I'm doing stuff in the studio. I love generative music, and this patch is quite nice to listen to in my humble opinion.
